    What is the advantage of a housing that holds three cartridges?

    Three cartridge positions let you stage filtration — for example coarse, intermediate and fine — in a single pass, so the liquid is gradually clarified without handling it several times. This protects the finest cartridge and extends its working life.

    How should I clean the stainless housing between batches?

    Dismantle the housing, remove the cartridges and wash all liquid-contact parts; the AISI 316 stainless construction is made to be taken apart easily for this. Sanitizing between batches prevents flavour carry-over when you switch between wine, beer and juice.

    Can I filter wine, beer and juice with the same housing?

    Yes — all liquid-contact parts are stainless steel and the unit is suitable for cold sterilization, so it handles different beverages. Cross-contamination is prevented by thorough cleaning and fresh cartridges between products, not by a separate housing.

    Do cartridges come with the housing?

    No. The housing is supplied without cartridges, which are selected and bought separately according to the micron rating you need. This lets you match the cartridges to each filtration task.
