Frequently asked questions about this product
What cream temperature gives the best churning result?
Bring the cream to about +10 to +15°C before churning; a lower temperature lengthens the process but improves quality.
How much cream should I load at once?
Fill the tank only 15-40% so the mixer stays free; the minimum working quantity is 20 liters, and batches over 50L are best split in two.
Why rinse the machine with cold water before use?
Cooling the interior with cold water prepares the metal and helps achieve a better, more consistent churn.
How do I remove the buttermilk?
Drain it through the bottom valve while the mixer is still running, then rinse the butter with cold water at low mixing speed.
