    What does the bypass system actually let me do?

    The bypass lets you bring filter sections into the flow or take them out, so you can run several filtration stages at once or skip one or two sections when they are not needed. In practice you tune the number of active stages to the clarity the batch requires.

    In what order should the filtration stages be arranged?

    Work from coarser to finer: a coarse cartridge first to take out the bulk of the particles, then progressively tighter ratings. Staging this way keeps the finest, most expensive cartridge from clogging prematurely.

    How do I maintain the unit between uses?

    The removable components are made to be taken apart for cleaning, and the AISI 316 stainless construction tolerates repeated sanitizing. Clean all sections and replace spent cartridges before storing so nothing dries onto the surfaces.

    Are filter cartridges included?

    No, cartridges are bought separately and chosen by micron rating. The bypass housing is the platform; you fit it with the cartridge grades that suit each beverage and filtration goal.
