    What fruits can be pressed with this press?

    The 30L hydraulic press is suitable for pressing apples, pears, grapes, berries and most apples. Once chopped, it also works well with vegetables like carrots or beets. The device is NOT suitable for pressing stone fruits (cherries, plums, peaches) because stones can damage the pressing mechanism.

    What is the actual juice yield?

    The juice yield is 50-80% depending on the type of fruit, maturity and preparation. Apples and pears usually give 65-75%, grapes can reach 70-80%. Pre-crushing the fruits significantly improves the extraction efficiency. The included filter bag ensures clean juice.

    Which power supply to choose?

    The standard version uses 3F/400V three-phase power for optimal performance. An alternative 220V/16A/1.5kW single-phase version is suitable for places where there is no three-phase power supply. Both versions offer the same pressing power. Choose based on the available power grid.

    How to maintain the press basket?

    The beech press basket should be rinsed with cold water immediately after use to remove pulp residue. Avoid hot water and detergents that can damage the wood. Dry thoroughly before storing. Periodic crack inspection ensures a long service life.

    Is the crusher included with the press?

    Yes, this set includes a stainless steel crusher, which is essential for optimal juicing. Pre-crushing the fruits breaks the cell walls and significantly increases the juice yield. The stainless steel construction ensures food safety and a long service life.
