      How much yeast nutrient to use per 100 liters of wort?

      The recommended dose is 10-30 grams per 100 liters of wort. Use a smaller amount for healthy and ripe grapes, and a larger amount for concentrated must or slow fermentation. Do not exceed 30 g/hL as specified in EU Regulation 2019/934.

      When exactly to add the activator?

      Add the dissolved activator to the wort before adding the yeast or within the first 24-48 hours after the start of fermentation. Adding later is less effective because the yeast cells need nutrients the most during the active growth phase.
