Usage and Dosage
Dissolve the activator in warm water and add to must before fermentation begins. Recommended amount: 10-30g/100L of must. Thorough mixing ensures uniform distribution.
Mechanism of Action
The activator provides yeasts with necessary phosphorus-nitrogen compounds, which are essential in the initial phase of fermentation. Nutrient salts supplement the amount of nitrogen compounds that yeasts actively consume at the start of fermentation.
