      Usage and Benefits:

      Argon gas creates a protective layer above the wine, preventing oxidation. This preserves the wine's original taste, aroma, and freshness even after system removal.

      Installation Instructions:

      1. Remove the Smart Clamp™
      2. Unscrew the capsule chamber
      3. Insert new Coravin Pure™ capsule
      4. Tightly screw the chamber back
      5. Reattach the Smart Clamp™

      Each capsule releases pure argon, an inert gas that forms a protective layer over the wine after a measured pour, preventing oxygen contact so the remaining wine keeps its taste and aroma — for weeks, months or longer.
