Tank 20L Oxebar PET pressure with connection fittings
Usage: Fit up to 3 of these kegs in your Series X.1, X or 4.1 (aka XL). Or fit up to 6 of these in a Series X.1 Plus! Not only will it protect your beer from damaging light (amber tinting) it will also keep your beverages fresher for up to 3 times as long due to the Mono Barrier PET Polymer Matrix. It also comes with a floating dip tube with cage filter. Easy to undo and stack on top of each other upside down with disconnects attached.

Warnings: When using as fermenter, a spunding valve (such as BlowTie) is required - a PRV is not a spunding valve. For fermentation use, we recommend KB03625 30L FermZilla Pressure Brewing Kit for proper single batch sizing and easier cleaning access.

Why is the keg made from amber Mono Barrier PET instead of clear plastic?
The amber Mono Barrier PET polymer matrix shields the contents from light, which prevents light-induced spoilage, and it also keeps beverages fresh up to three times longer than ordinary containers.
How much should I fill the keg for serving versus fermenting?
The keg holds 20 litres brimful; about 19.5 litres is recommended when kegging for serving, while 15–18 litres is recommended when using it as a pressure fermenter so there is room for pressure and yeast activity.
What is the purpose of the floating dip tube?
The floating dip tube draws liquid from the upper, clearest layer rather than from the bottom, and its stainless steel cage filter keeps sediment and debris out of your draw.
How is over-pressure handled on this keg?
It is fitted with a green pressure relief valve rated to 65 psi, which vents automatically if internal pressure climbs too high, so you should keep working pressure safely below that limit.
