    What label sizes does the LABELX JR 140-EW apply?

    It applies labels from 15 to 250 mm wide and 10 to 350 mm long, from a roll up to 300 mm in diameter. So it covers small jar labels through to large container wraps. You set the format to your container.

    How fast does it label?

    It runs up to 35 metres of label per minute, so the throughput depends on label length and container size. Shorter labels mean more containers per minute. The automatic feed keeps the pace steady.

    What is included in the labelling set?

    The set includes the JR 140-EW main unit, a REG-04 label adjuster, an NTC-03 belt conveyor (150x1500 mm), an FC-03 start sensor, a WRX-04 product rotator with WRX-106 adjuster, a BSX-05 stainless support frame, a PN-36 vacuum pad, a REG-08 tilt regulator and a QEL-51 stainless control centre. So it arrives as a complete labelling station. You do not assemble parts from different sources.

    How does it label round containers evenly?

    The WRX-04 product rotator turns each container as the label applies, wrapping it evenly around jars and bottles. The tilt regulator and adjusters fine-tune the placement. So round containers get a straight, even label.
