      The innovative turntable automatically transports empty jars to the filling unit. The filling process starts automatically when the sensor detects the correct position of the jar. Filled jars then move to the central collection area, enabling a smooth and continuous work process.

      How accurate is the honey dosing?

      The gear pump doses to an accuracy of +/-1 g per jar. Accurate dosing matters for high-value products like honey sold by weight. Over 20 programs can be stored for different jars and fills.

      Can it fill warm or hot honey and liquids?

      It handles normal filling up to 40°C and hot filling up to 95°C. That range covers cold-packed honey through to hot-filled liquid foods. The gear pump moves both thin and thicker liquids.

      What jar sizes does the station accept?

      It takes jars from 30-115 mm in diameter and 30-190 mm in height. This covers small honey jars up to tall containers. Hose connections are 1½" BS on both sides of the pump.
