Easy to clean and use - thoroughly clean and sanitize the stone before and after each use. Carbonation stones, typically used in beer bright tanks, are designed for direct installation. In an ideal system, the stone is installed at the lowest part of the bright tank, allowing CO2 to travel the maximum distance to the surface. Ensures high separation and permeation efficiency, low filtration resistance, and resistance to corrosive effects of acids and alkalis.
The principle of using a carbonation stone is that it disperses CO2 into the beer in the form of tiny bubbles, enabling uniform and effective carbonation. The bubbles are small enough to dissolve faster in the beer, giving better results than using a regular hose.
