    How does counter pressure filling preserve carbonation?

    The bottle is first filled with CO2 until it matches the keg pressure, then the beer flows in under balanced pressure rather than splashing in. Because the pressure stays equal on both sides, the CO2 stays dissolved in the beer and you avoid foaming and loss of fizz.

    Does it help prevent oxidation during bottling?

    Yes. Purging the bottle with CO2 before filling pushes out the air, so there is little oxygen left to stale the beer. This matters most for hop forward styles and for beer you intend to store for a while.

    Will it fit my existing tap or faucet?
