Instructions for Use
ACF-8 yeast is an active yeast, which means that we don't have to prepare the yeast mother in advance! Simply hydrate it in 100ml of water for 30 minutes and then add it to the mixture.
The usage principle is simple: open the package, hydrate the yeast in the recommended amount of water, wait about half an hour, and then add it to your fruit juice. The fermentation process usually begins within 24-48 hours, depending on the temperature and composition of the mash. Monitor the fermentation temperature to achieve the best results.
