      Usage Instructions:

      1. Connect the bottler to the CO2 tank and liquid container
      2. Place the bottle under the device
      3. Fill the bottle with CO2 by pressing the black "+" button
      4. Release pressure using the "-" button
      5. Repeat CO2 filling with the "+" button
      6. Repeat the cycle (points 3-4) at least 2 times to achieve optimal CO2 levels
      7. Always press the "+" button before bottling
      8. Open the liquid inlet valve and close it when the bottle is full

      Why use a counter-pressure (isobaric) filler instead of a simple gravity filler for carbonated drinks?

      An isobaric filler first charges the bottle with CO2 at the same pressure as the liquid, so the carbonation stays in the drink and there is far less foaming during filling. That is essential for beer and sparkling beverages.

      What do I need to connect before I can start bottling?

      Both a CO2 tank and a liquid container. The filler connects to both, and you charge the bottle with CO2 using the black '+' button before the liquid flows in.

      Why should I repeat the CO2 charging cycle at least twice before filling?

      Repeating the '+'/'-' cycle at least twice purges air and builds up the CO2 level in the bottle. This protects the carbonation and keeps foaming low when the liquid enters.

      Can I bottle into swing-top (flip-top) bottles with this filler?

      Yes, by using the dedicated swing-top filling nozzle, which is available as an optional accessory.
