What is the productivity of the Atlas-M device?
Atlas-M processes up to 150 bottles per hour with a volume of 0.75 L. The actual throughput depends on the skill of the operator, the preparation of the bottles (the quality of the neck freezing) and the consistency of the liquid level control. The semi-automatic design allows one trained operator to perform the entire disgorging-dosing-filling cycle.
What bottle sizes are suitable for the device?
The device accepts bottles with a diameter of 70-114 mm and a height of 245-380 mm, covering standard 0.75 L champagne and sparkling wine bottles. The neck slot and liquid level adjustment allow accurate centering in this range for bottles with different neck geometries.
What operating pressure is required?
The working pressure is 0.5-2 bar, which is obtained from the compressed air line. The built-in pressure gauge and air valve allow the operator to precisely adjust the pressure to dispense the cap and control the foam without damaging the bottles or losing product.

Yes. All parts in contact with the liquid are made of Italian food grade stainless steel, suitable for direct contact with wine. The construction ensures easy cleaning and compliance with the hygiene requirements of sparkling wine production.
