      What raw-material throughput does the 300 kg/h press kit handle?

      The kit is built around the MKSP 300 belt press, which processes about 300 kg of fruit or berries per hour from washing to juice. That suits small and medium growers pressing their own harvest in a day. For larger volumes the 500 kg/h version is the better match.

      Can the kit run off-grid at the orchard?

      Yes, it is mobile and the MKPAG 500 pasteuriser runs on gas or diesel, while the optional 10 kW diesel generator and 300 L water tank cover power and water away from buildings. This lets you press fruit on-site instead of hauling it. Plan propane or diesel supply for a full pressing day.

      Why does the kit include a belt press rather than a basket press?

      The MKSP 300 belt press squeezes fruit continuously between belts, giving higher juice yield and steadier output than a batch basket press. It handles soft and hard fruit without stopping to empty a cage. For a working day of pressing this continuous flow keeps the 300 kg/h rate.

      How is the pressed juice stored and bottled in this kit?

      Juice runs from the press into the MKT 100 vat with pump, through the MKPAG 500 pasteuriser, and into the semi-automatic bag filler for bag-in-box storage. The three 100 L stainless containers buffer juice between steps. This closed flow keeps the juice clean from press to bag.
