Adaptor 5/8"-1/2" BSP stainless steel
Usage: In the beer dispensing industry the 5/8" BSP thread is widely used throughout all fittings such as keg couplers, beer tap shanks and many other fittings. That being said, 5/8" BSP threads are not commonly used outside of this adaptor, making it easy to convert to the more commonly utilized 1/2" BSP thread. This allows for a wider range of plumbing fittings from the hardware store to be used.

Why is a 5/8" BSP thread so common in beer dispensing?
The 5/8" BSP thread is the standard used across keg couplers, beer tap shanks and many related fittings, but it is rarely found outside that world. This adaptor converts it to the far more common 1/2" BSP, opening up a wide range of ordinary plumbing fittings from any hardware store.
Which end connects to what?
