Agitator for mashing 100
Usage: Professional agitator for mashing in 100L brewing pots. Compatible with both halo filter (495mm) and bottom filter (445mm) configurations.
Features: 220V motor with manual switch, 28 RPM gear motor, 4 welded stainless steel blades, reinforced hermetic closure with hooks and fixing brackets, inspection hatch with knob.
Technical data: Compatible with 100L pot. Stainless steel structure. For Halo Filter: Lid Ø 556mm, axis height 493mm, blade dimension 195mm. For Bottom Filter: Lid Ø 556mm, axis height 438mm, blade dimension 195mm.
Warnings: Please indicate in the order notes the axis height suitable to the chosen filter type.

What filter type is the faucet compatible with?
The mixer is suitable for both halo filter (495mm) and bottom filter (445mm) configurations in 100L brewing pots. The axle height is different: 493mm for the halo filter and 438mm for the bottom filter. Please specify your filter type in the order notes so we can supply the correct configuration.
What are the engine specifications?
The mixer is driven by a 220V/50Hz single-phase gear motor at 28 rpm, equipped with a manual switch. This slow speed solution ensures gentle and even mashing without damaging the grain layer, which is essential for optimal enzymatic conversion during mashing.
What material are the blades made of?
4 blades are welded from stainless steel suitable for food contact, measuring 195mm. Stainless steel provides corrosion resistance, hygiene and durability, making them perfectly suited for repeated exposure to hot wort and mash at brewing temperatures.
How is the pot closed during mashing?
The Ø 556mm lid includes a reinforced hermetic closure system with hooks and retaining clips to ensure a tight seal during operation. The push-button inspection hatch allows you to add ingredients or check the mash without removing the entire lid.
What electrical connection is required?
The motor requires a grounded 220V/50Hz single-phase socket (Schuko type). Installation must comply with local electrical codes. We recommend a dedicated circuit with proper grounding to ensure safe and reliable operation.
