Usage: This all new ball lock disconnect sets a new bar! The integrated duotight design means you can connect your beer and gas line directly, easily and reliably - no need for additional fittings or clamps. It is a robust and super compact design that is incredibly easy to assemble and disassemble, making cleaning and sanitising an absolute breeze!
Features: Made from highly chemical resistant materials with stainless springs and ball bearings - no cheap ABS plastics here - this baby is extremely resistant to commonly used chemicals such as phosphoric based sanitisers and caustics. The incredibly small form factor allows for easy stacking of kegs. The new cap design ensures a pressure seal with just hand tightening and it can be completely taken apart for cleaning with no tools required - no need to ever have blocked poppets again when it is this easy to disassemble and clean.
Technical data: Suitable for 9.55mm Beer/Gas Line. Due to the integrated duotight fitting the line will simply push directly into this fitting. Recommended: EVABarrier 6.35mm x 9.5mm hosing only.

What makes this DuoTight ball-lock disconnect different?
It has a DuoTight push-fit built into the disconnect, so the gas line pushes straight in with no extra fittings or clamps. The very compact body also lets you stack kegs close together.
Is the gas disconnect interchangeable with the liquid one?
No. This grey/red disconnect is for the gas post; the liquid post uses a separate disconnect. Match the disconnect to the correct keg post so the gas and beverage lines are never swapped.
How do I clean it and avoid blocked poppets?
It comes apart completely by hand with no tools, so you can take it apart and sanitise it regularly. Removing residue this way is what keeps the internal poppet from blocking.
Which hose should I use and how does it seal?
It is made for 9.5 mm line — cut the hose square and push it straight in; EVABarrier 6.35 mm x 9.5 mm hose is recommended. The body is a chemical-resistant polymer with a stainless spring and ball bearings, and the cap seals with hand tightening only.
