Technical data: Suitable for 8mm beer line. Material: POK (polyketone), stainless steel spring and ball bearings, EPDM seals. Maximum pressure: 150psi. Flow control allows adjustment of line resistance to accommodate different carbonation levels. Superior performance compared to flow control taps - restricts flow before beer enters line, maintaining head pressure to keep carbonation in solution.
Important: FC disconnects have inherent flow resistance even when fully open - use shorter or larger ID line compared to traditional ball lock disconnects. Not designed for use with long lines or small ID lines as flow resistance is controlled by the FC device itself.

What does the flow control do?
It lets you adjust flow resistance right at the keg, so highly carbonated beer pours with less foam - handy when serving beers of different carbonation.
What line and fitting does it take?
8mm beer line through the integrated DuoTight push-fit. Match 8mm line so it seals without a separate barb.
Black/yellow - is it the gas or liquid side?
It is the liquid (beverage) ball-lock disconnect. Do not fit it to a gas post, as liquid and gas disconnects are not interchangeable.
Why polyketone (POK)?
POK gives strong chemical resistance to sanitiser and beverages. Rinse it after use so the flow-control mechanism keeps moving freely.
