Ball valve 9.5mm DuoTight quick connect
Usage: Professional push-in fitting with double o-ring sealing system for beer and wine production lines. Compatible with EVABarrier 6.5mm (1/4") ID x 9.5mm (3/8") OD line.
Features: Double EPDM o-ring design provides superior sealing performance and leak prevention. No clamps required. Allows tighter hose bending radius without leaking. Push-in collet release system for easy removal.
Technical data: Maximum working pressure: 100 psi (6.9 bar). Material: EPDM o-rings (Ethylene Propylene Rubber) - excellent chemical resistance to ozone, oils, alkaline/acid compounds, water, alcohol, ketones and beverages. Aging and weather resistant. BPA free. Suitable for both gas and liquid applications.
⚠️ Important: Cut hose straight, not at an angle, to ensure complete seal. To remove fitting, push in the collet and pull hose out.

Do I need hose clamps with this push-in fitting?
No. The double EPDM o-ring design grips and seals the line on its own, so no clamps are required.
How should I prepare the hose before inserting it?
Cut the hose squarely, not at an angle, so the o-rings seal completely on the 9.5 mm (3/8") outer-diameter line.
How do I remove the fitting from the hose?
Push in the collet and pull the hose straight out; the push-in collet release lets you disconnect without tools.
What is the maximum working pressure?
Up to about 6.9 bar (100 psi). Exceeding this can deform the fitting, so use it within rating and monitor with a pressure gauge.
