What batch size does the Easy 100 system produce?
The system is designed for approximately 100L finished wort per brew. The 100L motorised mash kettle holds the grain bill, the 100L sparge kettle provides rinse water, while the 150L boiling kettle accommodates the extra volume needed for a vigorous rolling boil and hop additions. The 150L fermenter provides headspace for active fermentation.
What is the difference between the Easy 100 and the Easy 50 system?
The Easy 100 doubles the batch size (100L vs 50L wort), uses a larger 150L boil kettle and fermenter (vs 75L), and includes a more powerful radial burner (11kW with safety device) in addition to two 5.5kW cast iron burners. The larger system is better suited for serious homebrewers approaching pilot-scale production.
What utilities are required for operation?
You need a 220V electrical outlet for the motorised mash kettle and Novax 20 pump, gas supply (LPG or natural gas with appropriate regulator) for the three burners totalling 21.5kW, water supply for sparging and cleaning, and adequate drainage. A well-ventilated space is essential due to gas combustion.

How is the system cleaned after each brew day?
Each kettle is cleaned with hot water and food-grade alkaline cleaner through the included stainless steel spray ball. The 40-plate heat exchanger should be back-flushed immediately after use. All ball valves, hoses, and the Novax 20 pump circuit should be rinsed with sanitiser between brews to prevent contamination.
