How much beer can be produced in one brew?
The Junior 300 produces approximately 250 liters of finished craft beer per brew. Each of the three tanks has a capacity of 300 L, which ensures sufficient free space in the stages of mashing, boiling and rinsing, as well as stable process control in microbrewery conditions.
What material are the tanks made of?
All three tanks are made of AISI 304 food grade stainless steel. The inner surface is mirror polished, which prevents the accumulation of residues and supports hygienic cleaning, the outer surface is embossed and resistant to scratches in everyday professional use.
What gas can be used with burners?
The system is supplied as standard with three 26kW LPG burners with safety valves and piezo ignition. A methane (natural gas) configuration is available upon request. This flexibility enables installation in various gas supply infrastructures.
Is the mash tank equipped with a mixer?
Yes. The mash tank has a built-in mixer with a reducer that runs at 28 rpm, ensuring an even mixing of malt and water. In addition, the set includes a soaking ball, which distributes the rinsing water evenly during the rinsing process.
Is this system suitable for a start-up microbrewery?
Totally. The Junior 300 is designed specifically for small craft brewers and start-up microbreweries. The compact size (diameter 720 mm, height 800 mm per tank), full three-tank configuration and gas heating make it a turnkey solution for starting craft beer production.
