How much beer can the Junior 300 Extra brew per batch?
It is an all-grain system producing up to 250 L of craft beer per batch. The three pots are 300 L each in AISI 304 stainless steel. This sizing suits micro-breweries.
What are the three pots used for?
It is a three-pot system: a mash pot, a boiling pot and a sparge water pot. The mash pot has a motorized agitator at 28 RPM and a grain filter, while the boiling pot has whirlpool connections. The sparge pot heats the water for rinsing the grain.
How are the pots heated?
Each pot sits over a 26 kW gas burner running on LPG or methane, three burners in total. The burners have safety valves and piezoelectric ignition. A MAXI 43 heat exchanger with 30 plates cools the wort.
How is the grain handled in the mash pot?
The mash pot has a motorized agitator turning at 28 RPM plus a built-in grain filter. A round 300 mm door allows grain removal after the mash. A sparge ball rinses the grain bed.
What pumps and gauges come with the system?
It includes two electropumps and a BIRROMETRO 300 beer level gauge. Each pot has a DIN 25 ball valve, thermometer and adjustable total discharge. Supporting structures, hoses and fittings are included.
