Bulkhead fitting for temperature probe plastic
Usage: This simple bulkhead fitting is made from plastic and can be used to mount your temperature probe from the temperature controllers or the 3" dial thermometers into any thin wall vessel such as a pot or fermenter.
Features: It will accept any temperature probe or thermometer with 6-6.5mm diameter. Suitable for temperatures up to 105 degrees C.
Warnings: Note: probe not included.

What probe diameter does it accept?
Any probe or thermometer 6-6.5mm in diameter. Check your controller probe or dial-thermometer stem before fitting it.
What is the temperature limit?
It is rated up to 105 degrees C. Stay within that: boiling and wort temperatures are fine, but do not exceed the rating.
What vessels can I mount it in?
Thin-wall vessels such as a pot or fermenter. It fixes the probe through the wall so you read the true liquid temperature, not the ambient air.
It is plastic - where should I not use it?
Being plastic it is bound by the 105 degrees C limit and is not for direct-flame zones; use it where the wall and contents stay within the rating.
