Bulkhead 2" Tri-Clamp stainless steel
Usage: This 304 stainless steel tri-clover bulkhead is designed to attach to any standard tank without welding. Simply drill a 45-47mm hole into the tank wall or fermenter lid and fit this 2-inch tri-clover fitting using the included seals.
Features: Internal diameter: 35mm. The tri-clover flange is compatible with other 2" tri-clover fittings. Custom made for easy installation.

How do I install this bulkhead without welding?
Drill a 45-47 mm hole in the tank wall or fermenter lid, pass the fitting through and tighten it with the supplied seals on each side. Because it clamps instead of welding, you can add a tri-clamp port to almost any vessel without special tools. Deburr and flatten the drilled edge so the seals compress evenly and stay leak-free.
What can I connect to the 2-inch tri-clover flange?
Any standard 2" tri-clover component - valve, sight glass, thermowell, extension or reducer - joins to the flange with a 2" clamp and gasket. This gives you a modular, tool-free port you can reconfigure as your setup changes.
Where on the tank should the hole go?
Position it by purpose: a drain or racking port sits low so liquid empties fully, while a blow-off or spray-ball port belongs on the lid. Leave clearance around the flange so the clamp can be fitted and removed after installation.
How do I keep the joint sanitary and leak-free over time?
Take the clamp, gasket and flange apart for cleaning between batches - that is exactly what the tri-clamp design allows. Replace the gasket once it shows cracks or flat spots, and avoid over-tightening, which distorts the gasket and causes leaks rather than preventing them.
