Destemmer-crusher Gamma 50
Usage: The Gamma 50 destemmer is used for professional grape processing during winemaking, efficiently separating grapes from stems and gently pressing the must without altering quality.
Properties: Features a robust steel frame, removable stainless steel or polyethylene basket (standard 300x1000mm, holes 24mm, Includes removable must collection tank and adjustable/tiltable rubber rollers. The unit is easy to move with four wheels.
Technical data: Handles up to 5000kg/h, powered by 380V, 1,8kW motor. Dimensions: 1970x1050x1600mm. Supports optional moplen basket and variator.
Warnings: Optional must tank is not included. Can be combined with a screw, peristaltic, or elliptical piston hopper pump.
