What is the total power consumption?
The total connection power is 13400 W at 400 V (three-phase). Four cooking plates consume 2.6 kW per plate (total 10.4 kW) and the convection oven 3 kW. A separate three-phase power connection with a suitable fuse is required.
Which GN dishes are suitable for the oven?
The oven chamber holds 4x GN 1/1 dishes or trays. The distance between the rails is 75 mm, the dimensions of the chamber are 635x370x(H)350 mm. The set includes 1 GN 1/1 grid; additional GN 1/1 dishes and grates can be ordered separately.
Can the hotplates be used independently of the oven?
Yes, each of the four Ø220 mm cast iron plates is individually controllable and can be used independently of the convection oven, which allows the flexibility to use only the required heat areas.
How to clean the oven?
The chrome rails are completely removable for thorough cleaning. Allow the chamber to cool completely, then wipe the stainless interior with warm water and a non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals on cast iron plates.
