Can this XL cooker run on natural gas as well as bottled gas?
Yes. It runs on propane and butane as supplied and includes a natural gas (GZ 50) converter set, so it can be adapted for a mains natural-gas supply.
How much weight can the pan support hold?
The extra-large enamelled support is rated for up to 100 kg evenly distributed, which is why it suits the large stockpots used in catering and events.
Why does even weight distribution matter on the support?
The 100 kg rating assumes the load is spread across the support; concentrating a heavy pot on one edge can overload that point, so centre large pots over the burner.
