Electropump Flexi 50 with stainless steel cart
The Flexi 50 self-priming electropump in Aisi 304 stainless steel with neoprene impeller is the must-have tool for transferring various types of food liquids. With a strong and manageable structure, the Flexi 50 is equipped with a 2.5 Hp single-phase motor at 370 rpm with a flow rate of 150 L/min.
The Flexi 50 self-priming electropump is designed to transfer food liquids such as wine, oil and beer at temperatures not exceeding 35°C. In addition, its ability to transport even partial presence of material during transfer makes it suitable for work in agriculture, gardening and boating.
The strengths that distinguish the Flexi 50 are the only maintenance required is replacement of the internal neoprene impeller, the possibility of inverting the flow by means of a simple switch, and the convenient trolley with wheels that allows rapid movement.
On the pump body, made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, there are two hose connectors with Ø50 mm garolla connection for pipes with an internal diameter of 50 mm.

What liquids can be pumped with Flexi 50?
Flexi 50 is designed for food liquids such as wine, oil, beer and other similar liquids at a temperature of up to 35°C. Thanks to the neoprene impeller and AISI 304 stainless steel housing, it is completely food safe. It can also handle liquids containing partially solid material, making it versatile in wine cellaring and agriculture.
What maintenance does Flexi 50 need?
The only scheduled maintenance is the replacement of the inner neoprene impeller, which naturally wears out over time. After each use, flush the pump housing and hoses with clean water to prevent residue build-up. Proper cleaning ensures a long service life and maintains the food safety of the pumped liquids.
Can the flow direction be changed?
Yes. The Flexi 50 motor is equipped with an inverter that allows you to change the current direction with a simple switch. This feature is especially useful for emptying hoses, liquid withdrawals or refills in both directions without relocating the pump.
Which hose fits the Ø50 mm garolla fitting?
The pump has two Ø50 mm garolla fittings that fit food-safe 50 mm inner diameter hoses. We recommend using the Wine Red Ø50 hose for optimal performance. An optional By Pass accessory is also available to reduce flow when gentler pumping is required.
Is the Flexi 50 suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. The entire pump housing and trolley are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, which ensures excellent corrosion resistance. A trolley with wheels allows easy movement between the winery, vineyard, garden or port. It is widely used in agriculture, horticulture and marinas where portability and food safety are important.
