Electropump Flexi 60 with stainless steel cart
The Flexi 60 self-priming electropump in Aisi 304 stainless steel with neoprene impeller is the must-have tool for transferring various types of food liquids. With a strong and manageable structure, the Flexi 60 is equipped with a 2.5 Hp single-phase motor at 370 rpm with a flow rate of 250 L/min.
The Flexi 60 self-priming electropump is designed to transfer food liquids such as wine, oil and beer at temperatures not exceeding 35°C. In addition, its ability to transport even partial presence of material during transfer makes it suitable for work in agriculture, gardening and boating.
The strengths that distinguish the Flexi 60 are the only maintenance required is replacement of the internal neoprene impeller, the possibility of inverting the flow by means of a simple switch, and the convenient trolley with wheels that allows rapid movement.
On the pump body, made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, there are two hose connectors with garolla Ø60 mm connection for pipes with an internal diameter of 60 mm.

What liquids can the Flexi 60 pump?
Flexi 60 is designed for the transfer of food liquids such as wine, oil and beer at temperatures up to 35°C. Thanks to its self-priming design and neoprene impeller, this pump can also handle partially solid liquids, making it versatile for wine production, olive oil production and beer production.
How often should a neoprene tire be replaced?
The inner neoprene wheel is the only component that needs regular maintenance. The frequency of replacement depends on the intensity of use and the type of fluids, but usually the impeller will last one to two harvesting seasons under normal use. Always check this before the season.
Can the flow direction be changed?
Yes, the Flexi 60 is equipped with a motor inverter that allows you to change the flow direction with a simple switch. This makes the pump ideal for filling and emptying tanks, barrels and other containers without having to disconnect hoses or relocate the pump.
What hose diameter is required?
The pump body has two hose connections with a garolla Ø60 mm connection designed for food grade hoses with an internal diameter of 60 mm. For optimal performance and food safety, we recommend using the appropriate hose Wine Red Ø60.
Is Flexi 60 also suitable for other than food use?
Although the Flexi 60 is primarily intended for food liquids, it is also suitable for use in agriculture, gardening and boating thanks to its robust AISI 304 stainless steel construction and mobile trolley. It handles water transfer and similar lighter applications efficiently.
