Electropump Flexi 40 with stainless steel cart
Usage: The Flexi 40 self-priming electropump in AISI 304 stainless steel with neoprene impeller is designed for transferring various types of food liquids such as wine, oil and beer at temperatures not exceeding 35°C. Its ability to transport even partial presence of material during transfer makes it suitable for agriculture, gardening and boating.
Features: Compact in size with a strong and manageable structure, equipped with a 1.2 Hp single-phase motor at 900 rpm with a flow rate of 170 L/min. Direct coupling between motor and pump body, easy maintenance with replaceable internal neoprene impeller, flow inversion via simple switch, convenient trolley with wheels for rapid movement. Two hose connectors with Ø40mm garolla connection for pipes with 40mm internal diameter.

What liquids can be pumped with Flexi 40?
Flexi 40 is designed for food grade liquids such as wine, oil, beer and similar products at temperatures up to 35°C. Thanks to the neoprene impeller and the AISI 304 stainless steel construction, it can withstand liquids containing partially solid content without damaging the pump.
Is the motor single or three phase?
Flexi 40 is equipped with a 1.2 HP single-phase motor (220V - 50/60Hz) that runs at 900 rpm. This makes it ideal for small wineries, farms and hobby users who have a standard home power supply.
What is the productivity and size of the hose connection?
The pump delivers 170 L/min (100 hL/h) and is equipped with two Ø40mm garolla hose fittings, suitable for hoses with an inner diameter of 40mm. The flow direction can be changed with a simple switch on the control panel.
Is the pump easy to move and maintain?
Yes. The pump is mounted on a cart with stainless steel wheels for quick movement. The neoprene impeller is internal and replaceable, making maintenance easy. The dimensions are 650x300x500mm and the total weight is 20kg.
Is a By Pass available to reduce current?
Yes, a By Pass is available as an option to reduce flow when transferring delicate liquids or filling smaller containers without shutting down the engine.
