It features a moulded 3 inch Tri-Clover ferrule and 600mL collection container with Tri-Clover connection for superior sanitary design. This unit can be configured for basic gravity fermentation, pressure brewing (up to 2.4 bar), hop addition systems, or glycol-chilled setups. Compatible with thermowell kits and fermentation controllers for precise temperature monitoring.

Warnings: Read instructions thoroughly before use. Keep out of direct sunlight - UV degrades PET. Do not exceed 35°C operating temperature. Do not pressure ferment above 5 psi at maximum temperature. Always perform water pressure test at minimum 15 psi before each use to verify leak-proof connections. Check all cap threads and connections by inverting vessel in all directions. Minor indentations from shipping are normal and will settle with use unless white stress patterns appear. Release all pressure before disassembly.

What materials is the container made of?
The main body is made of food grade PET, providing excellent transparency for visual monitoring of fermentation. All metal components, including butterfly valve, tri-clover clamps and base, are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The seals are made of food grade silicone.
Can it be used for both pressure and gravity fermentation?
Yes, this device is fully configurable. It comes with a standard top lid with red PRV for pressure fermentation up to 2.4 bar and a 3-part airlock for traditional gravity fermentation. The modular design also supports hop addition systems and glycol cooled setups.
How to clean and maintain the fermentation vessel?
The Gen3 design is the most easily disassembled conical PET fermenter. All components separate with tri-clover clamps for thorough cleaning. Use non-abrasive cleaning agents suitable for the PET. Avoid harsh chemicals and keep out of direct sunlight as UV will damage the PET over time.
