Fermenter 380L beer with handles stainless steel

Usage: Fermenter suitable for storing and fermenting beer and other liquids.

Properties: Made of food grade stainless steel 18/10 (AISI 304) with 380L capacity. Features a flower-embossed exterior, polished inner finish for easy cleaning, welded rounded bottom, strong handles, and a high-thickness stainless steel lid sealed with 6 hooks for hermetic closure. Includes airlock, removable silicone gasket, LCD digital thermometer, and a 3/4" stainless steel tap.

What is the volume of this fermenter?
The total volume of the fermentation vessel is 380L, which is suitable for larger batches of home beer or small production. The dimensions are Ø630 × 1240 mm. We recommend leaving 10-15% free space for foam and CO₂ activity during fermentation, which gives an effective working volume of approximately 320-340L.
Is stainless steel food safe?
Yes, the fermenter is made of AISI 304 (18/10) stainless steel, which is fully food grade and complies with EU requirements for food contact materials. This alloy is corrosion resistant, does not react with acidic beer wort or juice, and is safe for long-term fermentation and storage of beverages.
How does the lid seal hermetically for fermentation?
The thick-walled stainless steel lid secures with 6 spring clips around the edge, compressing a removable food-grade silicone seal for a hermetic seal. The included water lock allows CO₂ to escape during fermentation while preventing oxygen and contaminants from entering.
How to clean and disinfect the fermentation vessel?
Rinse with warm water after use, then clean with a non-abrasive alkaline brewing detergent. Disinfect with a food-safe disinfectant (such as peracetic acid or StarSan) before each fermentation. The polished inner surface prevents the accumulation of residues, and the silicone seal must be cleaned separately.
Can I use this fermenter for wine or other beverages?
Yes, although the vessel is optimized for beer, it is also suitable for fermenting and storing wine, cider, mead and other food-grade liquids. Do not use with liquids, solvents or aggressive chemicals that are not suitable for food, which can damage the steel or the silicone seal.
