Stainless Steel Double Filter for Juice Pre-filtration
Professional stainless steel dual-element filter specifically designed for juice industry needs. The filter mesh elements are made of durable stainless steel with a standard hole density of 0.5mm (500 microns).

Frequently asked questions about this product
What does the 500-micron mesh remove, and what passes through?
The 0.5 mm (500 micron) mesh is sized for pre-filtration: it captures coarse sediment and pulp while letting finer and dissolved matter pass. It is not a final polishing filter, so add a finer stage downstream if you need a clearer juice.
Why does the set include two filter elements?
Two stainless elements let you keep filtering while one is being cleaned, or run both together to enlarge the filtering surface and lengthen the interval between cleanings during high-volume juice production.
How should the stainless mesh be cleaned without damaging it?
Backflush and brush along the weave, and soak in a food-grade alkaline solution to dissolve pectin and pulp residue. Avoid steel wool or sharp tools, which enlarge or tear the openings and permanently change the rated mesh size.
Can the mesh density or filter size be adapted to another process?
Yes. The same filter can be supplied with mesh from 0.05 mm (50 micron) up to 8 mm (8000 micron), and larger housings up to DN150 are available, so it can be matched to finer clarification or coarser bulk separation.
