Product Overview
Stainless Steel SUS304: The sieve mesh is made of food grade stainless steel SUS304, known for its strong and durable structure. It provides excellent water resistance and corrosion resistance, ensuring healthiness and hygiene. It can be used independently for simple daily tasks or efficiently installed on our vibrating sieves.
Key Features
- Efficient sieving: Our sieve mesh has uniformly fine and dense holes, ensuring fluffy and lump-free flour sifting
- The mesh surface is taut and flat with clear lines, ensuring both fine and efficient results
- Easy to clean and use: High-gloss polished surface is bright, easy to clean, and maintains its appearance for a long time
- Smooth edges ensure safety and comfort in handling
Applications
Widely used in restaurants, bakeries, mills, home kitchens, etc. Ideal for sifting and filtering impurities and lumps from dry ingredients such as flour, sugar, and spices, as well as grains like beans, rice, and pasta.

Frequently asked questions about this product
What does the mesh number mean when choosing a flour sieve?
Mesh is the number of wire openings per inch, so a higher number means finer, denser holes. This is the 10-mesh version. The sieve is offered in 10, 12, 40, 80 and 150 mesh — pick a low number (10–12) for coarse sifting and grains, and a high number (80–150) for fine flour and icing sugar.
Can the sieve be used on its own, or only with a machine?
Both. You can hold it or rest it over a bowl for hand sifting, or fit it onto a compatible vibrating sieve when you need higher throughput.
Besides flour, what else can I sift or strain with it?
The food-grade SUS304 mesh also handles sugar, ground spices and grains, and its corrosion resistance means it can strain liquids too, not just dry ingredients.
How should I clean it so the mesh stays accurate?
Rinse it right after use and brush the mesh gently from the underside so particles do not clog the openings, then dry it fully. Avoid denting the mesh, because a bent screen changes the opening size and the sifting result.
