Usage: Professional push-in fittings designed for high-pressure gas and liquid applications in brewing, winemaking and beverage production. Compatible with EVABarrier 6.5mm (1/4") ID x 9.5mm (3/8") OD line and duotight 9.5mm (3/8") check valve (gas).
Features: Double EPDM o-ring sealing system provides twice the sealing surface compared to standard push-in fittings. No clamps required - simply push hose in until it clicks. Allows tighter bending radius without leaking. Tool-free removal by pushing the collet. DuoTight 1.10 design revision with enhanced performance.
Technical data: Maximum working pressure: 100 psi (6.9 bar). Material: EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Rubber) o-rings with superior chemical resistance to ozone, oils, alkaline and acid compounds, water, alcohol, ketones and beverages. BPA-free, food-grade certified. Compatible hose: 6.5mm ID x 9.5mm OD.
Warnings: Cut hose straight (not at an angle) to ensure complete seal. Check connections regularly under pressure. Do not exceed maximum working pressure of 100 psi.

What hose size fits this fitting?
This DuoTight fitting is designed for EVABarrier hose with an inner diameter of 6.5mm (1/4") and an outer diameter of 9.5mm (3/8"). Using the wrong hose size will damage the seal and can cause leaks under pressure. Always cut the hose straight (not at an angle) to ensure a proper seal.
What is the maximum working pressure?
Maximum working pressure is 100 psi (6.9 bar). Do not exceed this limit — overpressure can cause deformation of the fitting and loss of the seal. When working with pressure systems, we recommend using a manometer.
How to remove the hose from the fitting?
Removal is tool-free. First depressurize the system, then push the collar (the ring around the hose) towards the fitting body and pull the hose out at the same time. No clamps or tools required.
Is the fitting food safe?
Yes, EPDM o-rings are BPA-free and food-safe certified. EPDM offers excellent chemical resistance to water, alcohol, ketones, ozone, oils and most alkali and acid mixtures used in brewing and beverage production.
Can I use strong solvents or essential oils?
EPDM is not recommended for prolonged exposure to petroleum-based solvents, essential oils or highly concentrated alcohols, as these can damage the rubber. Always check material compatibility with your particular fluid before use.
