What is Olita's hourly productivity?
The electric Olita defoliator processes up to 2000 kg of olives per hour, making it ideal for small and medium producers. The actual throughput depends on the olive variety, the number of leaves and the feed rate.
Can it be used for products other than olives?
Yes. In addition to removing leaves from olives, Olita is suitable for cleaning beans, chickpeas, field beans and similar legumes. Adjustable speed allows to adapt the machine to different products and sizes.
