What fruits can be processed by this machine?
Olita is designed for olives, cherries, plums and apples. Forced ventilation with a motor quickly separates the leaves from the fruits, the upper grate sorts out the branches. The grate openings of 23-24 mm are suitable for medium-sized fruit. For other products, please consult our team.
What is the hourly productivity?
Olita processes up to 2000 kg per hour, suitable for small and medium-sized olive groves or family landscapes. Actual throughput depends on grain type, feed rate and workflow. Electric speed control (0-2850 rpm) allows adaptation to the material.
Is epoxy coating food safe?
Yes, the epoxy coating applied to the surface of the tub is completely food safe and scratch resistant. It protects the steel from corrosion and oxidation, maintaining hygienic contact with the fruit. The coating withstands the normal cleaning routine and extends the life of the machine.
Is the machine easy to move?
Yes — Olita has wheels for on-site movement and removable legs for transport between locations. Compact dimensions (108.5x62.5x110 cm) and 42 kg weight make it manageable for one or two workers, ideal for mobile cleaning work.
