Which fruits and products can be processed with Olita X?
Olita X is mainly intended for olives, but is also suitable for legumes such as beans, chickpeas and field beans. Thanks to the fully adjustable motor (0-2,850 rpm), the intensity can be adjusted according to the delicacy of the product, avoiding damage to the softer fruits while ensuring efficient removal of leaves and debris.
Why is the device delivered without a grid?
The grid is sold separately so that each user can choose the grid with the best opening size for their specific crop (varieties of olives, type of legumes, size of leaves and branches to be removed). This modularity allows the same machine to be configured for different harvesting needs.
What are the nutritional and productivity indicators?
Olita X runs on a 350 W electric motor with forced ventilation for continuous operation. The hourly productivity reaches up to 2,000 kg depending on the product and the purity of the input material, suitable for small and medium farms.
Is the machine easy to relocate?
Yes. Despite the weight of 39 kg, the wheeled base allows one operator to move the device comfortably between the storage room, the harvesting area and the workshop. Overall dimensions of 108.5×62.5×106.5 cm keep it compact enough for standard farming environments.
How to maintain the leaf remover?
After each use, remove residue and debris, then clean the work area with a dry brush or damp cloth. Regularly check the engine ventilation openings and avoid water jets towards electrical parts. Proper storage in a dry place significantly extends the service life.
