Usage: Fumaric acid to protect wines against lactic acid bacteria and control malolactic fermentation.
Features: Pure fumaric acid (>99.5% purity). Avoids MLF onset, can stop MLF in progress, preserves malic acid. Tool for making wines with reduced SO₂ or no sulphite added. White granular powder.

Protocol: Dissolve in 20 times its weight of wine. Add during pumping over to guarantee optimum mixing. Keep wine temperature stable and above 10°C during treatment. Store off ground in original unopened packaging at moderate temperature in dry area.
