Usage: FWK Creative Blonde is a versatile wort base for crafting blonde ales, pale ales, and lagers. The kit provides the foundation - you add creativity through yeast selection, dry hopping, and other additions. Yeast and dry hops must be ordered separately.

Features: Brewed with 90% pilsner malt, 5% dextrin malt, and 5% wheat malt. Hopped with Mosaic and Citra in the whirlpool. Adjust final volume by adding water to achieve your desired strength.

15 liters (no water added): ABV 7.3%, OG 1.067, FG 1.012*, IBU 23, EBC 10
20 liters (add 5L water): ABV 5.4%, OG 1.050, FG 1.009*, IBU 17, EBC 8
25 liters (add 10L water): ABV 4.4%, OG 1.040, FG 1.007*, IBU 14, EBC 6

Creative additions: Endless possibilities for customization including dry hops (Citra, El Dorado), alternative yeasts (Philly Sour, Belgian strains BE-256, BE-134, Farmhouse Ale), Amigase for low-carb versions, Brewer's Clarex for gluten reduction, lactose for body and sweetness, or additions like oak, coffee, spices, orange peel, fruit puree, cocoa nibs.

Style suggestions:

Hoppy Blonde: Dry hop with Citra or El Dorado, use neutral American yeast
Belgian Blonde: Use Belgian yeast (BE-256, BE-134, or Farmhouse Ale)
American Sour: Combine Philly Sour with US-05, experiment with fruit puree

Carbonation recommendation: Add 6g sugar per liter when bottling. Carbonate at 20-28°C for approximately 14 days before cold storage. For kegging: CO2 volume approximately 2.5.
