Usage: FWK Creative Extra Light is an ultra-light wort base perfect for brewing very pale beers such as bright pilsners, IPLs, or blonde ales. The wort is brewed with 75% Pilsner malt and 25% flaked maize, hopped with Magnum (60 min) and Perle (whirlpool). You decide how to proceed with your choice of yeast, dry hops, and creative touches—experimentation is encouraged!
Features: Flexible dilution options allow you to adjust strength and character. Yeast and dry hops are not included and must be ordered separately. Product comes with Norwegian description on box label and Norwegian instruction inside.

- 15 liters (no water added): ABV 6.8%, OG 1.062, FG 1.010*, IBU 24, EBC 7
- 20 liters (add 5L water): ABV 5.3%, OG 1.047, FG 1.007*, IBU 20, EBC 6
- 25 liters (add 10L water): ABV 4.7%, OG 1.042, FG 1.006*, IBU 18, EBC 5
Suggestions: Pilsner: Saflager S-189/W34/70 or LalBrew Diamond Lager. Corona-style: WLP940 Mexican Lager at 10-13°C. Sour: Philly Sour + US-05, flavor with fruit purées. IPL: NovaLager + Citra/Mosaic dry hops. American Blonde: US-05 + 100g Citra/Mosaic/El Dorado. Belgian Blonde: BE-256 or Farmhouse yeast + coriander/orange peel. Also excellent for using leftover hops!
