FWK Creative Pale Ale
Usage: FWK Creative Pale Ale is a versatile wort base designed for brewing hoppy Pale Ale, IPA, IPL and more. You control the final style through your choice of yeast, dry hops and creative additions. The wort is brewed with 90% pilsner malt, 5% dextrin malt and 5% wheat malt, with BRU-1 and Citra hops used in the whirlpool. Yeast and dry hops must be ordered separately.
Features: Flexible dilution options allow you to create different beer strengths and styles. Choose whether to add water based on your desired result. The possibilities for experimentation are endless – add extra hops for aroma, use specialty yeasts like Philly Sour, create low-carb versions with Amigase, reduce gluten with Brewer's Clarex, or add lactose, oak, coffee, spices, fruit, or cocoa nibs.

- 15 liters (no water added): ABV 7.8%, OG 1.072, FG 1.013*, IBU 33, EBC 13
- 20 liters (add 5 liters water): ABV 6%, OG 1.055, FG 1.010*, IBU 25, EBC 10
- 25 liters (add 10 liters water): ABV 4.9%, OG 1.045, FG 1.008*, IBU 20, EBC 9
Style suggestions:
- Pale Ale: Dry hop with Nectaron, Mosaic or Eclipse
- IPA: Omit water addition for higher strength, dry hop generously
- India Pale Lager: Ferment with lager yeast (Novalager, S-189 or Diamond), dry hop moderately
