The HENDI 50x50 dome dishwasher is suitable for washing plates, cutlery, glasses, mugs, trays and GN containers. The set includes three baskets (universal, plate and cutlery basket) that fit the 500x500 mm standard. With a productivity of up to 30 baskets per hour, it is ideal for restaurants, cafes and medium-sized catering establishments.
What power supply is required?
The machine requires a 400V three-phase connection with a total power of 8600W. The power cord is supplied without a plug, so installation requires the assistance of a qualified electrician. Make sure that the circuit is adequately protected and the water inlet and outlet are prepared before installation.
How much water is used per wash cycle?
Each cycle uses only 2-2.5 liters of water, depending on the input pressure. The duration of the cycle is 120 seconds, the temperature of the washing water is 62°C and the temperature of the rinsing water is 85°C. This low water consumption combined with high performance ensures efficient operation and lower running costs.
Does the machine include a detergent pump?
Yes, the model comes with a detergent pump and rinse aid dispenser. The machine is prepared for installation via a screw connection in the rear wall of the tank. It automates chemical dosing and ensures consistent washing results.
