The mixing tank is designed for professional use in industrial berry product manufacturing. The device is made of high-quality AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel, ensuring long-term durability and hygiene in food industry.

Capacity of 1000 liters, suitable for medium and large-scale production facilities. The unit is equipped with an insulated cylindrical section and conical bottom, enabling efficient mixing and consistent temperature maintenance. The 10° angled conical bottom and roof ensure optimal fluid movement during the mixing process.

The mixing tank features a 400 mm diameter top inspection hatch, DIN 32-40 complete drain with butterfly valve and bidirectional valve. The cleaning ball washing system makes maintenance simple and efficient.

Power consumption ranges from 0.37-0.75 kW, ensuring reasonable operating costs for large-scale mixing. Spiral blades on the bottom and cylinder ensure uniform mixing throughout all tank sections even with larger volumes.

The mixing tank is easy to position thanks to wheels and adjustable feet that allow height adjustment according to production room conditions.

Operating principle:
The mixing tank allows large quantities of berry products to be uniformly mixed, heated, or cooled. CO2 can be added through the DIN 32-40 return pipe, enabling carbonated beverage production. The bidirectional valve ensures safety and control over the production process. The 1000-liter capacity is ideal for large-scale production batches.
