The mixing tank is designed for professional use in industrial berry product processing. The device is made of high-quality AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel, ensuring long-term durability and hygiene in food industry.

Capacity of 500 liters, suitable for both small and medium-sized production facilities. The device features an insulated cylindrical section and conical bottom, enabling efficient mixing and consistent temperature maintenance. The 10° angled conical bottom and roof ensure optimal fluid movement during the mixing process.

The mixing tank is equipped with a 400 mm diameter top inspection hatch, DIN 32-40 complete drain with butterfly valve and bidirectional valve. The cleaning ball system makes maintenance simple and efficient.

Operating Principle

The mixing tank enables uniform mixing, heating, or cooling of large quantities of berry products. CO2 can be added through the DIN 32-40 return pipe, allowing production of carbonated beverages. The bidirectional valve ensures safety and control over the production process.
