Quality aluminum caps for food packaging
We offer durable aluminum caps with special EPE seals designed specifically for food preservation. These caps are ideal for bottling and long-term storage of juices, syrups, and other food products.
Technical specifications and usage conditions:
- Material: durable aluminum
- Standard working pressure: 2.4 bar
- Maximum usage temperature of EPE seal: 70°C (up to 2 hours)
- Short-term heat resistance: 100°C (up to 15 minutes)
Special solutions for industrial use
We also manufacture caps with higher working pressure upon request:
- Working pressure up to 4 bar
- Equipped with Saranex 460 seal
All caps comply with food safety requirements and are ideal for both home preserving and industrial production. After heat treatment, products should be stored at room temperature.
