MilkCab 200L Milk Transport Container - 4-Wheeled Without Electric Drive, 12kW
MilkCab 200L raw milk pasteurization, 4-wheeled, without electric drive, with 12kW panel is a stable and complete milk processing system for safe calf feeding. The device enables the use of "sick" or unmarketable milk through pasteurization, turning losses into profits and reducing dependence on milk replacers.
System Components and Operation
The system consists of two parts: a wall-mounted water and electric panel (12kW) and a mobile 4-wheeled tank. The panel gradually heats water up to 90-100°C and supplies the heat exchanger for milk heating. After pasteurization is complete, the panel cools the milk to feeding temperature.
Tank Construction and Mobility
The 200-liter tank is made of stainless steel (AISI 304) and insulated with 45mm polyurethane foam insulation. The four-wheel design offers greater stability compared to the three-wheeled version, suitable for moving on uneven farm roads. The heat exchanger located in the tank's side wall and bottom ensures quick milk heating.
Control and Features
All functions can be controlled via a 4.3-inch color touchscreen and PLC software: milk temperature, feed quantities, automatic start/stop, and milk preparation timing. The agitator ensures uniform mixing throughout the pasteurization process. The mobile tank is equipped with stainless steel springs, hermetic lid, and feeding hose. The volume scale is engraved on the tank's inner wall for easy measurement.

Why pasteurise unmarketable or sick milk instead of discarding it?
Pasteurisation destroys microbes and pathogens, so milk that cannot be sold can be fed safely to calves, turning a loss into feed savings and reducing reliance on milk replacers.
