What package sizes can be filled with this machine?
The Tenco monoblock is suitable for filling cans and bottles with a volume of 5ml to 1500ml. Four dosage ranges are available: 5-250ml, 5-380ml, 20-680ml and 50-1500ml. This flexibility makes the machine ideal for small and medium-sized manufacturers processing sauces, jams, honey, oils and other liquid or semi-liquid foods.
Is the machine suitable for hot filling?
Yes, the monobloc is designed for hot filling at temperatures up to 95°C. All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 316L stainless steel, and the seals meet the requirements of the food industry, ensuring hygienic operation and a long life when processing pasteurized products directly from the boiler.
Can it be used to fill products containing viscous fibers?
Yes. The volumetric filling module with three-way rotary valve and pneumatic two-way shut-off valve processes viscous products containing fibers, seeds or small pieces. Suitable for tomato sauces, fruit jams, chutneys and similar products where conventional pumps would clog.
What are the resources required for use?
The machine works only on compressed air with a pressure of 2-6 bar, the air consumption is approximately 250 Nl/min. Pneumatic operation requires no electrical connection, which simplifies installation and increases safety in wet production environments.
What is the actual productivity?
The nominal productivity is up to 400 cans per hour for 350ml packages. The actual volume depends on the viscosity of the product, the size of the package and the skill of the operator. Pneumatic capper with adjustable torque ensures consistent sealing quality throughout the production cycle.
